5/8/2006 Four Races at Trail-Way Speedway and Four Winners
Congratulations Bob Anderson #81B on your win Friday night. You were hard pressed from behind. Great job. That’s four winners in four races. The 358 Sprint Car Drivers are putting on a great show in PA. A rough count gave 121 Sprint Cars that have run 358’s this year in PA.
Craig Wagaman won the thundercar feature after getting tangled up with a torch and burning his arm and shoulder in the pits. He seemed ok, but in pain. That did not deter him from displaying his big grin which he carries with him always. Hope all is healing without to much discomfort.
Jessie had a great run in the feature starting 18 and finishing a strong 12th. Sometimes the finish place doesn’t indicate the quality of the run. I’m sure Bob Anderson can tell you that from his run tonight. She started 3rd in the heat and finished 6th, way too loose from the first lap on. Made a few corrections for the feature and the car was great. Jessie said “This was the best the car has handled this year. Thanks Randy, Doug and all the crew.”
