Jessie Morrison is a poet, dancer, creative, and a lover of nature. Through her poetry, Jessie is able to share the pain, joy, heartache, and healing that is so vital to the human spirit and existence. With poetry, Jessie not only tells stories, but builds connections between herself and her readers, readers and their world, and readers and each other. More than anything, she values compassion, empathy, and honesty.

When she’s not writing, reading, or enjoying nature, Jessie can be found spending time with her partner, their border collie, and three black and white cats in Southeast Michigan.
